Koiny est une application mobile éducative permettant aux familles de simuler la gestion de l'argent de poche de manière ludique et sécurisée. Koiny n'est pas un service financier et ne traite aucune transaction monétaire réelle.

3. Stockage des données

Sauvegarde cloud (optionnelle) via Supabase, hébergé dans l'Union Européenne. Activée uniquement si l'utilisateur se connecte avec un compte.

7. Protection des mineurs

Koiny est conçu pour les enfants sous la supervision de leurs parents. Les profils enfants sont créés et gérés exclusivement par le parent titulaire du compte.

Conformément au RGPD et aux législations française et belge, le consentement numérique est fixé à 13 ans. Pour les enfants de moins de 13 ans, le consentement du parent est obligatoire et vérifié via le système de compte parent unique de Koiny.

Koiny n'utilise aucun cookie tiers, traceur publicitaire ou pixel de suivi. Seul le stockage local (Capacitor Preferences) est utilisé.

9. Durée de conservation

Données locales conservées tant que l'application est installée

En cas de suppression du compte, toutes les données sont effacées sous 30 jours
Vous pouvez supprimer votre compte directement depuis l'application (Mon Compte → Supprimer mon compte) ; cette action est irréversible

10. Modifications de cette politique

Nous nous réservons le droit de modifier cette politique. En cas de modification substantielle, les utilisateurs seront informés via l'application.

11. Conditions d'utilisation

Koiny est un simulateur éducatif. Aucune transaction financière réelle n'est effectuée.
Les montants affichés sont 100% virtuels et n'ont aucune valeur monétaire.
Koiny n'est pas une banque, un établissement de paiement ou un service financier.
L'utilisateur parent est seul responsable de la supervision de l'utilisation par ses enfants.
Koiny est fourni « en l'état » sans garantie de disponibilité permanente.
Les données peuvent être perdues en cas de désinstallation sans sauvegarde cloud.
Le présent contrat est soumis au droit français. Tout litige sera de la compétence exclusive des tribunaux français.

11.1 Abonnements Premium

Koiny Premium est disponible en abonnement mensuel (1,99 €/mois) ou annuel (16,99 €/an).
Un essai gratuit de 14 jours est inclus à la première souscription.
Le paiement est débité sur votre compte App Store à la confirmation de l'achat.
L'abonnement se renouvelle automatiquement, sauf désactivation au moins 24 heures avant la fin de la période en cours.
Vous pouvez gérer ou annuler votre abonnement depuis les Réglages de votre appareil → Apple ID → Abonnements.
Toute période d'essai non utilisée est perdue lors de la souscription d'un abonnement payant.

11.2 Licence (EULA)

Le présent contrat de licence est conclu entre vous et Andre Nsangou (ci-après « l'Éditeur »), et non avec Apple Inc. L'Éditeur est seul responsable de l'Application et de son contenu. Apple Inc. et ses filiales sont des tiers bénéficiaires de ce contrat et ont le droit de faire exécuter les termes du présent contrat à votre encontre, conformément aux conditions du contrat Apple Media Services.

11.3 Droit de rétractation

Conformément à l'article L. 221-28 du Code de la consommation, le droit de rétractation ne s'applique pas aux achats de contenus numériques non fournis sur un support matériel dont l'exécution a commencé avec l'accord du consommateur. L'utilisateur reconnaît que l'accès immédiat aux fonctionnalités Premium constitue le début d'exécution du service.

7. Protection of minors

Koiny is designed for children under the supervision of their parents or legal guardians. Child profiles are created and managed exclusively by the parent account holder.

In accordance with the GDPR and French and Belgian legislation, digital consent is set at 13 years of age. For children under 13, parental consent is mandatory and verified through Koiny's single parent account system.

8. Cookies and similar technologies

Koiny uses no third-party cookies, advertising trackers, or tracking pixels. Only local storage (Capacitor Preferences) is used for normal app operation.

11. Terms of use

Koiny is an educational simulator. No real financial transactions are performed.
All displayed amounts are 100% virtual and have no monetary value.
Koiny is not a bank, payment institution, or financial service.
The parent user is solely responsible for supervising their children's use of the app.
Koiny is provided "as is" with no guarantee of permanent availability.
Data may be lost if the app is uninstalled without cloud backup.
This agreement is governed by French law. Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts.

11.1 Premium Subscriptions

Koiny Premium is available as a monthly (€1.99/month) or yearly (€16.99/year) subscription.
A 14-day free trial is included with the first subscription.
Payment is charged to your App Store account upon purchase confirmation.
The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription from your device Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Any unused free trial period is forfeited upon subscribing to a paid plan.

11.2 License (EULA)

This license agreement is between you and Andre Nsangou (hereinafter "the Publisher"), and not with Apple Inc. The Publisher is solely responsible for the Application and its content. Apple Inc. and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement and have the right to enforce the terms of this agreement against you, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

11.3 Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, the right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium whose execution has begun with the consumer's agreement. The user acknowledges that immediate access to Premium features constitutes the beginning of service execution.

7. Bescherming van minderjarigen

Koiny is ontworpen voor kinderen onder toezicht van hun ouders of wettelijke voogden. Kinderprofielen worden uitsluitend aangemaakt en beheerd door de ouder die accounthouder is.

In overeenstemming met de AVG en de Belgische en Franse wetgeving is de digitale toestemming vastgesteld op 13 jaar. Voor kinderen jonger dan 13 jaar is ouderlijke toestemming verplicht en wordt deze geverifieerd via het unieke ouderaccount van Koiny.

10. Wijzigingen in dit beleid

Wij behouden ons het recht voor dit privacybeleid te wijzigen. Bij een wezenlijke wijziging worden gebruikers via de app geïnformeerd.

11. Gebruiksvoorwaarden

Koiny is een educatieve simulator. Er worden geen echte financiële transacties uitgevoerd.
Alle weergegeven bedragen zijn 100% virtueel en hebben geen monetaire waarde.
Koiny is geen bank, betalingsinstelling of financiële dienst.
De ouder-gebruiker is als enige verantwoordelijk voor het toezicht op het gebruik door zijn/haar kinderen.
Koiny wordt geleverd "zoals het is" zonder garantie van permanente beschikbaarheid.
Gegevens kunnen verloren gaan als de app wordt verwijderd zonder cloudback-up.
Deze overeenkomst wordt beheerst door het Franse recht. Elk geschil valt onder de exclusieve bevoegdheid van de Franse rechtbanken.

11.1 Premium Abonnementen

Koiny Premium is beschikbaar als maandelijks (€1,99/maand) of jaarlijks (€16,99/jaar) abonnement.
Een gratis proefperiode van 14 dagen is inbegrepen bij het eerste abonnement.
De betaling wordt in rekening gebracht op uw App Store-account bij bevestiging van de aankoop.
Het abonnement wordt automatisch verlengd, tenzij u het ten minste 24 uur vóór het einde van de huidige periode opzegt.
U kunt uw abonnement beheren of opzeggen via Instellingen → Apple ID → Abonnementen.
Elke ongebruikte gratis proefperiode vervalt bij het afsluiten van een betaald abonnement.

11.2 Licentie (EULA)

Deze licentieovereenkomst is gesloten tussen u en Andre Nsangou (hierna "de Uitgever"), en niet met Apple Inc. De Uitgever is als enige verantwoordelijk voor de Applicatie en de inhoud ervan. Apple Inc. en haar dochterondernemingen zijn derde-begunstigden van deze overeenkomst en hebben het recht om de voorwaarden van deze overeenkomst tegen u af te dwingen, in overeenstemming met de Apple Media Services Voorwaarden.

11.3 Herroepingsrecht

In overeenstemming met de toepasselijke consumentenbeschermingswetgeving is het herroepingsrecht niet van toepassing op aankopen van digitale inhoud die niet op een materiële drager wordt geleverd en waarvan de uitvoering is begonnen met instemming van de consument. De gebruiker erkent dat onmiddellijke toegang tot Premium-functies het begin van de dienstverlening vormt.
